• When joining the tour program, please bring personal identification documents (original for Vietnamese guests: ID card (clear photo, valid for less than 15 years) or Driver's License (clear photo, valid) or Passport (valid for over 1 month) or other documents as required by Vietnamese airlines

• For overseas Vietnamese and foreign guests entering with an exit visa, please bring your visa, customs declaration when traveling, and passport

• Provide accurate names as per ID card, passport, birth certificate (for children under 14 years old). Provide the date of birth of children under 12 years old

• Children under 14 years old when traveling, please bring a Birth Certificate (original or certified copy) to complete the air travel procedures and other administrative procedures. If not accompanied by both parents, an authorization letter from parents and confirmation from the local authorities (ward, commune) is required

• The tour operator will not be responsible if the carrier and security refuse transportation due to errors in the provided information

• Some order and details in the program may change to fit the actual situation while ensuring all sightseeing spots

• The menu may change depending on the actual situation, but the quantity and quality of the food remain unchanged

• Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters..., the company will proactively change the itinerary or change/cancel the tour for the safety of customers

• In the case of tour cancellation, the company will refund a portion of the cost for unused services for tour organization and will not provide any additional compensation under any circumstances for the customer

• For customers aged 70 and above, pregnant women, the family and customers must ensure their health condition with us before joining the tour. In case of any incidents during the tour, the company is not responsible under any circumstances.
