Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 1 day before departure: Free cancellation, full refund.
Cancellation on the day of departure: 30% cancellation fee of the tour value.
In case of Port Authority disallowing departure, Plan To Travel will refund the tour fee.
Tours during holidays or Tet are non-refundable or changeable.
